Ingredients:
200g Salmon
A package of Enoki and Shimeji mushroom
10-15 pieces of Basil
Moderate minced garlic
Condiments: Pepper powder, oyster sauce, starch, fish sauce
Instructions:
1. Remove the base of Enoki and Shimeji mushroom, rinse mushrooms off and respectively break them into individuals.
2. Cut salmon into chunks, stir till golden in a pan.
3. In a wok, add moderate oil, once hot, drop in minced garlic and fry till fragrant. Then combine with Enoki and Shimeji mushrooms and dump with a little water.
4. Season to taste with a pinch of pepper powder, sprinkle with oyster sauce and fish sauce. After that, let fried salmon chunks join in and thicken the dish with the mixture of water and starch. Before serving, garnish with Basil pieces.
