Breath of Nature: Braised various mushrooms with vegetables

Ingredients: 
A package of baby corn
A package of Shimeji and Oyster mushrooms
3-5 Shiitakes
A carrot
A handful of snow peas
Condiments: Oyster sauce, black vinegar
Cooking steps: 
1. Cut baby corns into halves. Peel the carrot and cut it into slices. Rinse snow peas and go bleaching with all mentioned above.
2. Get rid of the root of Shimeji and Oyster mushroom, then tear them into individuals. Remove the bottom portion of Shiitake and cut caps into slices.
3. In a hot wok, add moderate oil, then drop in garlic slices and stir till fragrant. After that, combine with all sorts of mushrooms we prepared and fry for 3-6 minutes or so till soft.
4. Add snow beans and baby corns, season to taste with moderate oyster sauce, black vinegar, a little water and mix evenly. Serve and enjoy.
