Straw Mushrooms Are More Nutritious When Cooked This Way

Ingredients:
200g Straw mushrooms
1 stick of celery
1 red pepper
Moderate minced garlic
Condiments: Salt, oil and sweet chili sauce
1. Rinse Straw mushrooms off, remove the fibre of celery and cut it into segments. go seed of the red pepper and cut it into slices.
2. In a wok, add moderate oil, once hot, drop in minced garlic, red pepper slices and stir till fragrant.
3. Combine with celery segments, Straw mushrooms and maintain the heat for 5-8 minutes till well-done.
4. Season to taste with a pinch of salt and sprinkle with moderate sweet chili sauce. Enjoy.
