Ingredients:
A handful of spinaches
200g Pleurotus nebrodensis
Moderate minced garlic
Condiments: Oyster sauce, olive oil, salt, sugar
Cooking procedures:
1. Trim the spinaches, bleach and cut them into segments.
2. Rinse Pleurotus nebrodensis off and coarsely cut them into thick slices.
3. In a plate, place spinach segments on the bottom.
4. In a hot skillet, add moderate minced garlic and stir till fragrant. Then drop in Pleurotus nebrodensis slices, season to taste with moderate oyster sauce, sprinkle with a pinch of salt, sugar and stir evenly.
5. Finally pour fried Pleurotus nebrodensis slices on top of spinach segments. Serve and enjoy.
