Braised Button mushroom with pumpkin and green soy beans in sauce flavor

Ingredients:
200g pumpkin
80g Button mushrooms
80g green soy beans
Condiments: Oil, salt, thick broad-bean sauce
Procedures:
1. Rinse Button mushrooms, coarsely slice them up and set aside.
2. Rinse pumpkin off, cut it into thick slices.
3. In a wok, add moderate oil, once hot, drop in Button mushroom slices, pumpkin slices and stir for 3 minutes or so on fierce flame.
4. Combine with green soy beans, season to taste with a pinch of salt, and sprinkle with moderate thick broad-bean sauce, stirring evenly. Serve and enjoy.
