We need:
1 red, green and yellow pepper
1 package of Nameko mushroom
Condiments: Salt, oil, chicken powder
Steps:
1. Go seed of the three peppers, rinse off and tear them into slices with hands.
2. Rinse Nameko mushrooms off and set them aside.
3. In a skillet, add moderate oil, when hot, drop in colorful pepper slices and stir for 2 minutes or so. Then combine with Nameko mushrooms and go on the flame till all ingredients are soft.
4. Lightly adjust the seasoning with a dash of salt and chicken powder. Serve.
