Ingredients:
2 King oyster mushrooms
Condiments: Salt, coconut oil
Steps:
1. Remove both sides of King oyster mushroom, rinse mushrooms and roughly cut them into slices. Brush with coconut oil on both sides.
2. In a frying pan, drizzle with moderate oil. Once hot, add King oyster mushroom slices and stir till both sides turn golden.
3. Before serving, lightly adjust the taste with a pinch of salt.
