Ingredients:
A stick of celery
200g White fungi
Condiments: Salt and soy sauce
Steps:
1. Rinse the celery and roughly cut it into segments.
2. Soak White fungi ahead of time in cold water, then get rid of the base, remove all impurities and tear fungi into portions.
3. In a hot wok, add moderate oil, once hot, drop in celery segments and stir for 1-2 minutes.
4. Combine with White fungus portions and go on the heat for above 2 minutes till well-done.
5. Lightly adjust the taste with a pinch of salt and sprinkle with moderate soy sauce if you like. Enjoy it with a bowl of rice to charge for a wonderful afternoon.
