Bodybuilding recipe: Oyster mushroom soup with egg and spinach

Ingredients:
200g spinaches
100g Oyster mushrooms
1 egg
Condiments: Salt, chicken powder and oil
Directions:
1. Trim the spinaches, rinse and cut them into segments.
2. Remove the base of Oyster mushroom, coarsely slice mushrooms up.
3. In a bowl, break the egg and whisk well.
4. In a stockpot with moderate boiling water, drop in Oyster mushroom slices and bleach for 2-3 minutes, then combine with spinach segments, dump with the egg liquid and bring them into a boil.
5. Before serving, lightly season to taste with a pinch of salt and chicken powder. Relish it with your family.
