We need:
A package of Japanese tofu
2 tomatoes
A handful of Pleurotus nebrodensis
Condiments: Salt and sesame oil
Steps:
1. Rinse Pleurotus nebrodensis off and tear them into strips. Then go bleaching.
2. Peel the tomatoes and coarsely cut them into chunks. Remove the outer package of Japanese tofu and cut it into thick slices.
3. In a wok, add moderate oil, when hot, drop in Pleurotus nebrodensis strips and stir till soft, then remove them out of the wok.
4. Heat the wok again, drizzle with a little oil. Then add tomato chunks and stir over high flame for 3 minutes or so. Combine with Pleurotus nebrodensis strips, Japanese tofu slices and maintain the heat for at least 10 minutes.
5. Season to taste with a pinch of salt. Serve and enjoy.
