Ingredients:
3g dried Morels
8g dried Matsutakes
20g dried Monkey head mushrooms
10g dried Flower mushrooms
10g dried Black fungi
20g dried Agrocybe cylindracea
2-3 bowls of soup stock
Simple cooking directions:
1. Soak all sorts of dried mushrooms in cold water for at least 20 minutes.
