Ingredients:
A package of White beech mushroom
2 tomatoes
A handful of peas
Moderate chopped onions
Condiments: Salt and sugar
Cooking measures:
1. Peel the tomatoes, cut them into chunks.
2. Cut the root of White beech mushroom, break mushroom into individuals.
3. In a skillet, add moderate oil, once hot, drop in chopped onions and stir till fragrant.
4. Combine with tomato chunks, peas, White beech mushrooms and braise for 5-7 minutes till well-done.
5. Season to taste with a dash of salt and sugar. Serve.
