Scrumptious Monkey head mushroom soup with white radish

1 white radish
5 Monkey head mushrooms
Moderate ginger slices
A handful of Chinese dates
A dash of salt and moderate sesame oil
1. Peel the white radish and cut it into chunks.
2. Soak Monkey head mushrooms till soft, then tear them into pieces with hands.
3. In a stainless wok, place ginger slices on the bottom, then stir on low fire till edges are curly, about 8-10 minutes.
4. Add moderate sesame oil and fry till fragrant. Combine with white radish chunks, Monkey head mushroom chunks, Chinese dates and dump with moderate boiling water, bringing them into a boil.
5. Remove all ingredients into an electric cooker and continue the process in accordance with program of rice steaming. Finally lightly adjust the taste with a pinch of salt. Enjoy.
