Ingredients:
A handful of Enoki mushrooms
A stick of celery
A carrot
Condiments: Salt, sesame oil, chili oil, light soy sauce, vinegar and minced garlic
Let’s Get Started:
1. Cut the root of Enoki mushroom and discard it off. Rinse mushrooms and break them into individuals.
2. Trim the celery, rinse it off and coarsely cut it into slices. Peel the carrot and slice it up.
3. In a stockpot, pour in moderate water and bring it into boil, then sprinkle with a pinch of salt and drizzle with moderate vegetable oil. Go blanch of Enoki mushrooms, celery slices, carrot slices.
4. In a large container, combine with all ingredients, season to taste with minced garlic, moderate light soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, chili oil and mix well. Serve.
