Divine Griddle Cooked King oyster mushroom with seasonal vegetables

Ingredients:
2 King oyster mushrooms
Moderate dried turnips
A stick of celery
A green pepper
Moderate ginger slices and dried chili
Condiments: Salt and light soy sauce
Steps: 
1. Get rid of the root of King oyster mushroom and cut mushrooms into slices.
2. Soak dried turnips and cut them into segments.
3. Trim the celery, cut it into slices. Go seed of the green pepper, rinse and then cut it into chunks.
4. In a wok, add moderate oil, when hot, drop in King oyster mushroom slices and stir till soft, then remove them out of the wok.
5. Drizzle with moderate oil, add ginger slices, dried chili and stir till fragrant, then combine with turnip segments, celery slices, green pepper chunks and stir over high flame till well-done.
6. Combine with fried King oyster mushroom slices, season to taste with a pinch of salt and light soy sauce. Enjoy.
