Ingredients:
5-6 Button mushrooms
A handful of shallot segments
Condiments: Sugar, olive oil, soy sauce, pepper powder
Steps:
1. Rinse Button mushrooms, cut them into slices and go bleaching.
2. In a skillet, add moderate olive oil, once hot, drop in Button mushroom slices and stir till soft.
3. Season to taste with moderate soy sauce and sugar, scatter with a dash of pepper powder and combine with moderate water. Before serving, garnish with a handful of shallot segments. Serve and enjoy.
