Plain Shiitake soup with tofu slices

Need to prepare:
2-3 fresh Shiitakes
A handful of fresh oil seed rapes
A chunk of tofu
Moderate minced ginger
3 bowls of chicken soup, preferably homemade
Condiments: Salt, oil and sesame oil
Cooking steps:
1. Discard the base of Shiitake, rinse and slice caps up.
2. Trim oil seed rapes, rinse and set them aside.
3. Rinse the tofu off, cut it into thick slices.
4. In a skillet, add moderate oil, once hot, drop in minced ginger and stir till fragrant, then add Shiitake slices, oil seed rapes and fry till soft.
5. Dump with 3 bowls of chicken soup, bring all ingredients into a boil. After that, invite tofu slices and maintain the heat for 5-8 minutes.
6. Before serving, scatter with a pinch of salt, and drizzle with moderate sesame oil if you like.
