Ingredients:
A cucumber
10g dried Bamboo fungi
A small handful of berries
3 bowls of soup stock
DIRECTIONS:
1. Soak dried Bamboo fungi in saline water for at least 20 minutes, then remove the impurities and coarsely cut them into segments.
2.Rinse the cucumber and cut it into strips.
3. In a stockpot, pour in 3 bowls of soup stock and moderate berries, bring them into boil. After that, combine with Bamboo fungus segments, cucumber strips and go on the heat for 2-3 minutes. It is really as simple as that. Serve and enjoy.
