Ingredients:
A towel gourd
A package of Enoki mushroom
Half a pumpkin
A handful of chopped onions
Condiments: Salt, white pepper powder
Cooking steps:
1. Cut the root of Enoki mushroom and discard it off. Rinse mushrooms and tear them into individuals.
2. Peel the pumpkin, towel gourd and respectively cut them into chunks and slices.
3. In an electric cooker, place Enoki mushrooms on the bottom, then cover with towel gourd slices and top with pumpkin chunks. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt, combine with 7 bowls of water and plug it in.
4. When everything is well-done, remove them from the cooker and sprinkle with a handful of chopped onion. Enjoy.
