Ingredients:
2 King oyster mushrooms
A red and yellow pepper
Moderate shallot segments
Condiments: Salt, chicken powder, salt, light soy sauce, oyster sauce
Steps:
1. Remove the seed of red and yellow pepper, rinse and cut them into dices.
2. Cut the bottom portion of King oyster mushroom and discard it off. Coarsely cut mushrooms into slices.
3. In a skillet, add moderate oil, once hot, drop in King oyster mushroom slices and stir till soft, 5-6 minutes or so.
4. Combine with red and yellow pepper dices, season to taste with a pinch of salt and chicken powder, moderate oyster sauce and light soy sauce, stirring evenly.
5. Before serving, garnish with a handful of shallot segments.
