Choose this scrumptious Bamboo fungus soup to control your diet

Ingredients: 
Moderate Bamboo fungi
A baby cabbage
Moderate quail eggs
2 bowls of chicken soup
A handful of chopped shallots
Steps:
1. Cut the base of baby cabbage, rinse them off and go bleaching.
2. Soak dried Bamboo fungi in saline water for 10 minutes or so, then cut them into segments.
3. Peel quail eggs and set them aside.
4. In a stockpot, dump with 2 bowls of chicken soup and moderate water, add Bamboo fungus segments and bring them into a boil. Then sprinkle with a pinch of salt, invite baby cabbages, quail eggs and bring them into a boil again. Finally, skim off the scum and turn off the heat, scatter with a handful of chopped shallots.
