Ingredients:
2 White mushrooms
1 broccoli
Condiments: Oil, salt, water starch, black pepper powder
Get started: 
1. Cut broccoli into chunks, let them sit in saline water for 5 minutes or so.
2. Rinse White mushrooms, cut them into slices and set aside.
3. In a skillet, dump with moderate oil, once hot, drop in mushrooms and stir over high flame for 3 minutes.
4. Combine with broccoli chunks, dump with a little boiling water.
5. Adjust the taste with a pinch of salt and pepper powder. Thicken the dish with the mixture of water and starch if you like. Serve and enjoy.
