Fried King oyster mushroom with shrimps and seasonal vegetables

Ingredients: 
1 asparagus lettuce
1 carrot
1 King oyster mushroom
6 shrimps,
Condiments: Salt, cooking wine, starch, sugar, pepper powder
Cooking steps:
1. Peel the asparagus lettuce, carrot and coarsely cut them into dices.
2. Remove the bottom portion of King oyster mushroom and discard it off, rinse mushroom body and coarsely slice it up.
3. Shell the shrimps and pickle with a dash of salt and moderate cooking wine for 10 minutes before combining with a small handful of starch.
4. In a bowl, prepare a sauce with a pinch of salt, sugar, pepper powder, starch and water.
5. In a skillet, add moderate oil, when hot, drop in carrot dices, asparagus dices and stir till color changes, then drop in shrimps, King oyster mushroom slices and fry till well-done. Finally dump with the prepared sauce and maintain the heat for 2 minutes or so. Serve.
