Anhui: Exclusive flour production line for mushroom noodle located in Fengtai

Presently, Anhui Fengtai Yongfeng Flour Limited Corporation invested 4200 thousand CNY to newly build an exclusive flour production line for mushroom noodle, with annual output of 9000 tons. This production line could be used to produce vegetable and grains flours. It is learned that almost every foodstuff has a corresponding exclusive flour to meet the diverse needs of the market and consumers abroad. The species of exclusive flours exceeded more than 100 in USA, there are 70  species in Europe. The exclusive flours number accounts for above 95% of the total flour number. However, there are only more than 10 species of exclusive flour in China, the correspondence of flour and staple food is also very low. Single flour products can not meet the needs for rapid development of the food industry. This project can effectively drive mushroom deep-processing to develop in Fengtai, increasing mushroom value, improving farmer’s income, and stimulating flour processing industry to upgrade and make technical progress, enriching people’s diet and letting the food to become more nutrient and healthy.
