H.E.A.L.T.H.Y. Diet: Fried Oyster mushrooms with colorful peppers

Ingredients:
1 handful of Oyster mushrooms
1 red and green pepper
Moderate chopped onion, minced garlic and bruised ginger
Condiments: Salt, oil, soy sauce, chicken powder
DIRECTIONS:
1. Cut the base of Oyster mushroom and discard, then break mushrooms into individuals and soak them in saline water for 20 minutes or so.
2. Go seed of the green and red pepper, rinse and cut them into segments or slices.
3. Bleach Oyster mushrooms, then let sit in cold water.
4. In a wok, add moderate oil, when hot, drop in Oyster mushrooms, dump with moderate soy sauce and stir for 2 minutes.
5. Combine with green and red pepper segments, add bruised ginger, minced garlic and stir till fragrant.
6. Season to taste with a dash of salt and chicken powder. Enjoy.
