Traditional Chinese mushroom delicacy

Ingredients: 
1 chunk of tofu
3 dried Shiitakes
4 Monkey head mushrooms
Moderate chillies and caraway segments
Condiments: Salt, oyster sauce, oil
Cooking direction: 
1. Soak Shiitakes and Monkey head mushrooms ahead of time, discard the base of Shiitake, cut caps into chunks, coarsely cut Monkey head mushrooms into thick slices.
2. Rinse the chunk of tofu and coarsely cut it into thick slices.
3. In a frying pan, add moderate oil, once hot, drop in chillies and stir till fragrant, then combine with Shiitake chunks, Monkey head mushroom slices and go on for 5 minutes till mushrooms are soft.
4. In a bowl, prepare a sauce with a dash of salt, moderate oyster sauce and soup stock, dump it into the pan and invite tofu slices, braising till evaporated.
5. Finally garnish with a handful of caraway segments. Serve.
