A Matsutake recipe to die for

Ingredients: 
200g beef 
100g fresh Matsutake
1 green and red pepper
Condiments: Soy sauce, starch, sugar, cooking wine, salt, oil, chicken powder
DIRECTION: 
1. Cut beef into strips and pickle with moderate cooking wine, salt, starch and soy sauce for 20 minutes or so.
2. Rinse Matsutake and remove the impurities. After going bleaching, cut them into slices.
3. Rinse the green and red pepper, remove the seeds and cut them into chunks.
4. In a wok, add moderate oil, when hot, drop in beef strips and stir for 3 minutes or so till color changes. Then remove then out and set aside.
5. Heat the wok again, drizzle with moderate oil, then add Matsutake slices, red and green pepper slices and stir till fragrant. Combine with beef strips, season with a pinch of sugar, salt and chicken powder to taste. Serve. (Source: xinshipu.)
