Braised King oyster mushroom with soybeans

Ingredients: 
1 King oyster mushroom
1 asparagus
A handful of soybeans
Condiments: Sugar, light soy sauce, oyster sauce and oil
Cooking direction:
1. Soak soybeans for 3 hours till soft.
2. Cut the bottom of King oyster mushroom off and discard, then roughly dice it up.
3. Peel the asparagus and cut it into dices.
4. In a hot skillet, add moderate oil, once hot, drop in King oyster mushroom dices, soybeans and stir for 3-5 minutes.
5. Season to taste with a little soy sauce and oyster sauce. Sprinkle with a pinch of sugar and add moderate water, braising for 3-5 minutes on high flame till evaporated.
6. Finally invite asparagus dices and go on the flame for 2 minutes. Serve and enjoy.
