Fried Oyster mushroom with diced chicken and lotus root

Ingredients: 
1 handful of Oyster mushrooms
1 lotus root
1 green pepper
1 carrot
Moderate diced chicken
An egg
Steps:
1. Pickle diced chicken with moderate salt, pepper powder, cooking wine and an egg for above 10 minutes.
2. Cut the base of Oyster mushroom and discard, then break mushrooms into individuals and go bleaching.
3. Peel the carrot, lotus root and coarsely dice them up. Go seed of the green pepper and cut it into chunks.
4. In a skillet, add moderate oil, when hot, drop in diced chicken and stir till well-done, then remove them out of the skillet.
5. Drizzle with moderate oil, add carrot dices, Oyster mushrooms and stir for 2-3 minutes, then combine with lotus root dices, green pepper chunks and maintain the heat for 3 minutes.
6. Finally let diced chicken join in, lightly season with a pinch of salt. Serve.
