Ingredients:
150g Enoki mushrooms
1 cucumber
1 carrot
Condiments: Chili oil, salt, vinegar and light soy sauce
Techniques:
1. Cut the root of Enoki mushroom and discard, tear mushrooms into individuals, rinse off and go bleaching.
2. Rinse the cucumber and coarsely slice it up. Peel the carrot and cut it into slices.
3. In a container or plate, combine with Enoki mushrooms, cucumber slices and carrot slices, season to taste with a dash of salt, a spoon of chili oil, vinegar, a little light soy sauce and stir evenly. Enjoy.
