Development prospect of Pleurotus tuber gains the nod

Pleurotus tuber is a kind of rare edible and medicinal mushroom which gains popularity in Southeast Asia countries and Coastal Areas of China.
Linchuan District, Jiangxi Province is the first region that successfully implemented artificial cultivation of Pleurotus tuber, and mushrooms produced from the region are crisp, boil-resisting and contain abundant protein, other active substances as well as Carbon, Magnesium and other micro elements.
By now, desirable development prospect of Pleurotus tuber industry has been approved by mushroom mavens, in early 2016, Pleurotus tuber produced in Jiangxi Linchuan Jinshan Mushroom Cooperative were rated as China’s Top 100 Agricultural Product Brands.
According to know, Jiangxi Linchuan Jinshan Mushroom Cooperative engages in R&D of Enoki, Pleurotus tuber and other 20 rare mushroom varieties. And through technical problem-solving, Pleurotus tuber cultivation implemented via straw formula obtained its fruitful results, compared with traditional way, growth period of mycelia is shortened by 10 days or so while resource utilization of straw is immensely achieved.
