Romantic acquaintance between Morel mushroom and beef tendon

Ingredients:
250g fresh beef tendons
25g dried Morels
2 cabbage hearts
10g chopped shallot
10g minced ginger
Condiments: Oil, salt, chicken powder, soy sauce, pepper powder, cooking wine, sesame oil, starch
INSTRUCTION:
1. Bleach fresh beef tendons till medium-well, then ladle out and cut them into segments. 
2. Soak Morels in cold water and remove all the impurities.
3. In a stockpot with moderate cold water, sprinkle with moderate cooking wine, then drop in beef tendon segments and bleach till peculiar smell is eliminated.
4. In a skillet, add moderate oil, once hot, drop in chopped shallot, minced ginger and beef tendon segments, sprinkle with moderate cooking wine and bring it into a boil. After that, remove them into a pressure cooker and go on for 20 minutes or so till well-done.
5. Remove the dish into the skillet, combine with Morels, scatter with a dash of salt, pepper powder and stew till evaporated. Finally thicken it with the mixture of water and starch. Serve.
