Plain diet: Braised Shiitake with Pleurotus geesteranus

Ingredients: 
3 Shiitakes
Moderate Pleurotus geesteranus
Bruised ginger, chopped onion and minced garlic
Condiments: Peanut oil, salt, chicken powder, cooking wine, light soy sauce, oyster sauce and sesame oil
Direction: 
1. Trim Pleurotus geesteranus, rinse and set them aside.
2. Remove the base of Shiitake and discard off, rinse the caps, cut them into thick slices and go bleaching.
3. In a bowl, prepare a sauce with moderate light soy sauce, oyster sauce, chicken powder and starch, stirring evenly.
4. In a frying pan, add moderate oil, once hot, drop in bruised ginger, chopped onion, minced garlic and stir till fragrant. Then dump with the sauce, drop in Pleurotus geesteranus, Shiitake slices and stir till well-done, about 5 minutes.
5. Finally sprinkle with moderate chopped onion on top, drizzle with moderate sesame oil if you like.
