On 11th, March, staffs working in Shanyuan Black Fungus Cooperative which situates in Yaobao Village, Benxi County, Liaoning Province of China are engaged with production of mushroom bags in workshop.
“Since last winter, we have been busy with orders which come in a continuous stream,” said Mr. Wu, chairman of the cooperative passionately.
Yaobao Village used to be a characteristic poor village, local villagers obtained low income and suffered from behindhand living standard. In recent years, under the guidance and support of Town Government, villagers keep on grasping at new-pattern industry. In 2016, Mr. Wu took the lead and transformed land on establishment of Shanyuan Black Fungus Cooperative, then scale of the cooperative has been constantly enlarged while Black fungus products gain popularity by customers.
Up to now, area of the factory has been expanded to 900 square meters while number of staff has been increased to 51 in Shanyuan Cooperative. Annual output capacity on Black fungus bags hits 700,000 and annual sales volume on dried Black fungus products comes to 35,000 kg.
