Ingredients:
A handful of frozen corn kernels and green soy beans
Moderate Oyster mushrooms
Condiments: Salt, starch
Steps:
1. Unfreeze corn kernels and green soy beans. In a frying pan, drizzle with moderate oil, then drop them in and stir over high flame for 2 minutes.
2. Cut the base of Oyster mushrooms and then discard it off. Break mushrooms into individuals and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
3. Heat the frying pan, add moderate oil, once hot, combine with all ingredients and stir for at least 5 minutes till well-done.
4. Season to taste with a pinch of salt and finally thicken the dish with the mixture of water and starch if you like. Serve.
