Ingredients:
A handful of soybean sprouts
2 Shiitakes
Moderate chopped onion
Condiments: Salt, onion, olive oil, soy sauce
Steps:
1. Rinse soybean sprouts, pinch the bottom portion off.
2. Rinse Shiitakes and cut them into strips.
3. In a skillet, bleach soybean sprouts for about 2 minutes or so, then remove them into a bowl of cold water.
4. Heat the pot and drizzle with moderate oil, once hot, drop in chopped onion, Shiitake strips and stir till fragrant and golden.
5. In a large container, combine with all ingredients, lightly season with a pinch of salt, sprinkle with moderate olive oil, soy sauce and then mix well. Serve.
