Ingredients:
2 eggplants
2 King oyster mushrooms
1 tomato
Moderate diced garlic
Condiments: Salt, oil, chicken powder, soy sauce
INSTRUCTION:
1. Peel the eggplants, cut them into dices and soak in saline water.
2. Cut both sides of King oyster mushroom, then roughly dice them up. Peel the tomato and cut it into chunks.
3. In a wok, add moderate oil, once hot, drop in diced garlic and stir till fragrant, then combine with tomato chunks, King oyster mushroom dices, eggplant dices and go on the heat for 3-5 minutes.
4. Lightly season to taste with moderate soy sauce, sprinkle with a dash of salt and chicken powder. Enjoy. (Source: meishij)
