Ingredients:
2-3 King oyster mushrooms, 3 Drumstick mushrooms, Shimeji mushroom and Phoenix mushroom
A handful of chopped onions
Condiments: Oyster sauce, salt, sugar
Cooking steps:
1. Cut the root of King oyster and Drumstick mushroom, tear Shimeji mushroom and Phoenix mushroom into individuals with hands, then go bleaching of mushrooms and set them aside.
2. In a frying pan, dump with 2 spoons of oil, once hot, sprinkle with a spoon of oyster sauce and stir before dropping in all sorts of mushrooms.
3. When mushrooms are well-done, garnish with a handful of chopped onion. Enjoy.
