Ingredients:
1 green pepper
4 dried Shiitakes
A red pepper
Condiments: Salt, oil
DIRECTION:
1. Soak dried Shiitakes ahead of time and cut them into slices.
2. Go seed of the green pepper and rinse it off, then coarsely slice it up. Peel the carrot and cut it into strips.
3. Heat the skillet, dump with moderate oil, when hot, drop in Shiitake slices, carrot slices and stir till fragrant, then combine with green pepper slices.
4. Lightly season with a dash of salt. Enjoy it with a bowl of rice.
