Ingredients:
A handful of Enoki mushrooms
Moderate garlic dices and bruised ginger
3-4 red peppers
Direction:
1. Cut the root of Enoki mushroom and discard. Rinse the mushrooms, break them into individuals and remove them into a plate.
2. Rinse the red peppers and coarsely cut them into dices.
3. In a hot skillet, add moderate oil, then drop in garlic dices, bruised ginger and pour it on top of Enoki mushrooms.
4. Remove the plate into a steamer and maintain the heat for 10 minutes or so. Enjoy.
