Well-balanced diet: Fried Shiitake with carrot and hyacinth beans

Ingredients:
6 dried Shiitakes
A handful of hyacinth beans
1 carrot
Condiments: Oil, salt, chicken powder
Steps:
1. Soak Shiitakes ahead of time, cut them into slices.
2. Peel the carrot and coarsely cut it into slices.
3. Remove and discard both sides of hyacinth beans, rinse off and set them aside.
4. In a frying pan, add moderate oil, once hot, drop in Shiitake slices, hyacinth beans, carrot slices and stir for 10 minutes or so, then lightly season with a pinch of salt and chicken powder. Serve and enjoy.
