Simple corn soup with King oyster mushroom for vegans

Ingredients: 
1 corn
1 King oyster mushroom
Moderate cabbage slices
2 bowls of soup stock
Condiments: Salt, chicken powder
Easy-to-follow direction: 
1. Rinse the corn and cut it into segments (3cm or so on length).
2. Cut both sides of King oyster mushroom, rinse the mushroom and cut it into the shape you like.
3. Heat the oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat, drop in King oyster mushrooms and stir on fierce heat for 2-3 minutes till soft before dumping with 2 bowls of soup stock, then invite corn segments, cabbage slices and simmer till well-done.
4. Before enjoying, lightly adjust the taste with a pinch of salt and chicken powder.
