Fried Hypsizygus marmoreus with Black fungus and egg

Ingredients:
A package of Hypsizygus marmoreus
A handful of Black fungi
Moderate baby corns
2 eggs
Condiments: Salt, white pepper powder, pepper salt, sesame oil
Direction: 
1. Remove the root of Hypsizygus marmoreus, rinse and then set mushrooms aside.
2. Soak Black fungi in water till soft, then tear them into pieces. Cut baby corns into segments.
3. Break eggs into a bowl, combine with moderate pepper salt and whisk well.
4. In a skillet, drizzle with oil, when hot, pour in egg liquid and fry till caky, then break it into chunks and remove them out of the skillet.
5. Heat the skillet again, add moderate oil, once hot, drop in Hypsizygus marmoreus, Black fungus pieces, baby corn segments and stir over fierce flame. Combine with moderate water and maintain the heat till well-done.
6. Let fried egg chunks join in, adjust the taste with a dash of white pepper powder and sesame oil. Serve and enjoy.
