Ingredients:
100g Enoki mushrooms
500g bitter gourds
Moderate diced garlic
Condiments: Oil, salt, light soy sauce
Direction:
1. Cut the root of Enoki mushroom and discard it off, rinse the mushrooms and set them aside.
2. Go seed of bitter gourds, cut it into strips and go bleaching.
3. In a hot skillet, add moderate oil, drop in diced garlic and stir till fragrant, then combine with Enoki mushrooms, bitter gourds and go on for 3 minutes or so.
4. Lightly adjust the taste with a pinch of salt, and sprinkle with moderate light soy sauce if you like. Serve and enjoy.
