Ingredients:
1 chunk of tofu
2 Shiitakes
A handful of Black fungi
Moderate minced ginger and chopped onion
Condiments: Oil, salt, chicken powder
Direction:
1. Soak Shiitakes in warm water till soft, get rid of the base and discard, cut Shiitake caps into slices and coarsely cut tofu into chunks.
2. Trim Black fungi, tear them into individuals and set aside.
3. In a frying pan, add moderate oil, when hot, drop in minced ginger, chopped onion and stir till fragrant.
4. Add Shiitake slices, Black fungi and fry over high flame till well-done, then drop in tofu chunks, dump with 2 bowls of water and simmer for 3-5 minutes.
5. Lightly season with a dash of salt and chicken powder. Serve.
