Shiitake industry drives the masses to get rid of the hat of poverty

Now, in Yinong Shiitake Garden of Mahu Village, Pucheng County, Shanxi Province of China, staffs are carefully checking on growth status of Shiitake.
Over the years, Pucheng County has been enhancing the support of poverty alleviation and seizing mushroom cultivation as the sunrise industry. With abundant resources of fruit trees, sufficient sunshine and other natural resources, 2.4 million CNY of investment has been successively input on establishment of Yinong Shiitake Garden. By 2017, 32 standardized Shiitake greenhouses have been built, 5 flushes of picking could be realized per year while annual fruiting amount attains above 300,000 kg.
Now, Shiitakes cultivated in Yinong Garden are gradually evolving into lucky umbrellas during the path of local poverty removal, up to now, 55 households have been promoted to get rid of poverty and grow prosperous via the industry in Pucheng County.
