Healthy eats: Steamed Shiitake with carrot and bamboo shoot

Ingredients: 
200g bamboo shoots
1 carrot
5 dried Shiitakes
Moderate water
Condiments: Oyster sauce
Direction: 
1. Soak dried Shiitakes in warm water, after removing the bases, cut caps into thick slices.
2. Peel bamboo shoot and cut it into slices. (Within the length of 5cm.)
3. Rinse the carrot and cut it into slices.
4. Remove all the ingredients into a steamer, then dump with moderate water and cook for 20 minutes or so till well-done. 
5. Before serving, season with moderate oyster sauce. Enjoy.
