Braised rice with all sorts of mushrooms and tomatoes

Ingredients: 
A package of Shimeji and White beech mushroom
2 packages of rice
An onion
3-4 Button mushrooms and Shiitakes
2 tomatoes
Condiments: Salt, sesame oil, pepper powder
Steps: 
1. Cut the root of White beech and Shimeji mushrooms, rinse and set mushrooms aside. 
2. Remove the base of Shiitake, rinse and cut caps into slices.
3. Rinse Button mushrooms off and cut them into slices.
4. Peel the onion and roughly dice it up, rinse tomatoes and cut the cross on surface.
5. In a frying pan, add moderate sesame oil, when hot, drop in Button mushroom slices, Shiitake slices, White beech, Shimeji mushrooms and stir over high flame for 2-3 minutes, then sprinkle with moderate pepper powder.
6. Rinse rices and remove them into an electric cooker, combine with all ingredients, season with a dash of salt and pepper powder, stirring evenly before dumping with a cup of water. When everything is done, go on for another 20 minutes. Serve.
