Ingredients:
2 fresh Shiitakes
1 celery
Moderate minced garlic
Condiments: Salt, oil, sugar
Direction:
1. Remove the stem of Shiitake, rinse the caps and cut them into slices.
2. Rinse the celery, get rid of the fibre, coarsely cut it into segments.
3. In a skillet, dump with moderate oil, when hot, add minced garlic and stir till fragrant. drop in Shiitake slices, celery segments and fry over high flame, then combine with a little water.
4. Season to taste with a dash of salt and sugar. Enjoy.
