Shanxi province: Five local mushroom standards to be put into practice on 25 January

It is reported from shanxi province mushroom association that five local mushroom standards were approved and issued by Shanxi Province Quality and Technical Supervision on 25 December 2014, which were accomplished by the mushroom technology innovative team led by professor Mingchang Chang integrated with the leading enterprises for mushroom production. The five local standards include: DB14/T 948-2014 <Technical specification for Cordyceps sinensis industrialized production>, DB14/T 949-2014 <Technical specification for Bag-cultivating Pleurotus industrialized production>, DB14/T 950-2014 <Technical specification for Bag-cultivating White Enoki mushroos industrialized production>, DB14/T 952-2014 <Technical specification for White Enoki mushrooms logistics>. They will be put into practice on 25 January 2015.
